Carolyn Schubert is a founding Associate with Taylor Meyer Associates and has assisted in the recruitment of numerous Fortune 500 Directors, CEOs and senior level executives across a broad range of industries.

Most recently, she served as the Global Board Practice Group Leader of a leading international executive search firm.   In that role, she was responsible for the firm's knowledge management and coordination of consulting and recruitment in the board practice area.

Previously, Ms. Schubert was a Legislative Assistant serving clients in the healthcare industry and began her career with the law firm of Lord, Bissell & Brook working in the International Insurance Practice Group.   She holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa.

Shawn Frotten joined Taylor Meyer Associates as an Associate in July 2006. Previously, Shawn was responsible for managing and growing Bloomberg LP's business in the Midwest across a wide spectrum of financial services and Fortune 500 companies. Shawn was also a key member of the Bloomberg team that significantly grew their Canadian business prior to transitioning into his most recent role in Chicago.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.
