Video Conferencing

To establish a video conferencing connection with Taylor Meyer Associates, please take the following steps:

  1. Order a webcam for your computer if you do not yet have one. A suggested model is the Quickcam Communicate STX Web Camera from Logitech as follows: Link to Page
  2. Order a Phoenix Audio Duet Executive USB Speakerphone with full duplex audio, echo cancellation and noise suppression as follows: Link to Page
  3. Install the above equipment on your computer and then download and install the free video conferencing software from ooVoo as follows: http://www.oovoo.com/download/
  4. The free version of ooVoo allows up to six users to hold a video conference. As soon as you have the software installed and tested both the camera and speakerphone to ensure they are working properly, proceed to invite one or more of the team members of Taylor Meyer Associates to join your contact list. To do this, you simply click Contacts and then Invite Your Friends by email. Our email information is listed under the Contact Us tab of the website. Send us an ooVoo email invitation and we will then accept your invitation to establish the link. As soon as we accept your invitation, we will appear in your contact list.
  5. Thereafter, to make an ooVoo video call, simply highlight the contact name and then click on the green telephone at the bottom of the contact list.
